Helen Humphry

Chair of Governors, Appointed Governor

As one of the original founders of Chichester Free School, Helen played a large part in researching and writing the original proposal which was approved by the Department of Education in 2012. She then worked as the Project Lead, taking a key role in opening the school in 2013. Helen is passionate about the vision of the school, to nurture, challenge and inspire and feels incredibly lucky and proud to be involved with such an amazing venture.

Helen grew up in Maidenhead and has had a very successful and varied career which has centred around sales and marketing, communications and public engagement. She now lives in North Bersted with her husband and daughter who is a pupil at CFS.
