Year 11 Leavers Assembly
It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Leavers' Assembly today, celebrating the achievements of our Year 11 cohort. As a school, we wanted to say thank you again - and of course to those of you who were unable to join us today - for all your support especially through the Covid impact of the last few years.
We are so proud of our Year 11s - their hard work, resilience, courage and determination, never allowing the Covid hand they have been dealt to affect their resolve and desire for success. We are looking forward to celebrating further on GCSE results day - Thursday 25th August - and more information regarding timings, what to do if your child cannot pick up their results etc. will be sent to you before the end of term.
We also wanted to take this opportunity to mention all those parents whose children have actually been at CFS since its doors first opened in 2013. This is the first Year 11 cohort where some of the pupils were also taught in our Primary phase. Thank you for the leap of faith you made all those years ago and your continued confidence in us.
