Report an absence

Excellent attendance at school is the best way to ensure uninterrupted progress for your child and an excellent education.  However, if your child is unable to attend school, for any reason, it is imperative that the school have notification in writing so please use the form below. Our Attendance Officer is Mrs Garner and she can be contacted on absence@chichesterfreeschool.org.uk should you have any queries.

If your child is attending a medical appointment during the school day, please ensure that they are signed out (and back in again where appropriate) at the main school reception.

If you have any supporting documents such as a Doctor's Letter, please send this to absence@chichesterfreeschool.org.uk.
