Dare to Dream and Rolls Royce mentoring 2026
Over the past term, Year 9 pupils have taken part in a series of engaging workshops led by ‘Jack the Lad’ and the ‘Dare to Dream’ team from LoveLocalJobs.com, aimed at inspiring ambition and broadening career awareness.
In addition, 15 selected pupils were given the valuable opportunity to be mentored by employees from Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Through this experience, they developed a deeper understanding of their own strengths, explored what employers look for, and began shaping clearer ideas about their future paths. The programme also encouraged resilience, helping pupils recognise how to celebrate achievements while learning from challenges.
As part of the mentoring, pupils visited Rolls-Royce, gaining first-hand insight into a world-class workplace—an experience likely to leave a lasting impression.
