VE Day Virtual Parade
It is the 75th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE) Day. Despite lockdown, a few of our CCF cadets and officers wanted to pay their respects to all those that sadly died, the soldiers that fought and survived and all those who helped the war effort back home in World War II. The cadets, dressed in their full uniform, held a 'virtual' parade in celebration of this anniversary - an anniversary that is also a poignant reminder that even though, as a community and a country, we may go through difficult times, we have the spirit and determination to get through it. Together.
