Rob has so far enjoyed 25+ years working in Sales, Marketing & Commercial roles for international marine companies based in the UK, Ireland, Australia and the USA and has a personal interest in any sport or activity that takes place on the water.

Living locally to the school and with a child in Chichester Free School’s Primary phase, he has a passion to see the best possible education provided to all pupils, knowing the positive impact that good schooling has on future career development.  He is also a passionate believer in high quality, progressive working environments to help attract and retain the best staff.
