7 Days of Kindness
It is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is Kindness. In light of the current pandemic, kindness has never been more important as acts of kindness can improve our emotional wellbeing, whether we are giving or receiving it. Research shows that kindness is an antidote to isolation; it helps to reduce stress, deepens our relationships and creates a sense of belonging. Our students have been set a challenge of doing a random act of kindness each day and here are some lovely images from days 1 and 2 of students making tea and writing letters to friends.
