All Rise Workshops for Year 7

We were delighted to welcome back James Stewart, former London Solicitor and teacher, and founder of All Rise Workshops, to school this week to meet our Year 7 pupils. All Rise run workshops that empower pupils with knowledge of legal rights and responsibilities, fostering respect for the law and nurturing critical thinking skills. The workshop gave the pupils a chance to learn about the UK legal system and its relevance to their daily lives. It culminated in a mock crown court trial of a case of dangerous driving where all the pupils were given roles!

We were also delighted to welcome back our Head Prefect from last year, Baxter, who is now taking A Level law and is helping with the workshops.
