Secondary Food Tech Delights

Year 9 have been having GCSE taster lessons and have been tasked to create their own version of the Pasta Fiorentina dish. We have seen some brilliant dishes but leading the way is Jack who's used beautiful textures and colour in his dish.  Gooey melted cheese on top with the chunky consistency from the pasta.

Another pupil to congratulate is Oliver in Year 8 who has made these wonderful cookies. Pupils had to ensure they applied all the minimum expectations that were had in a kitchen to a practical dish. Oliver's cookies are wonderfully textured and great care has been taken when making these. All the expectations were applied. Well done.
