Washing Hands Assembly
Yesterday our Year 1 teacher, Mr Cook, delivered an enlightening assembly to the primary students on how to wash hands thoroughly in light of the recent developments with the Coronavirus. He used the helpful demonstration of adding black pepper to water to act like bacteria and then he put soap on the children's fingers. When the fingers were then placed in the dirty water it demonstrated how the "bacteria" moved away from the soapy fingers. The children have all been working really hard to wash their hands properly on a regular basis so well done to all of them.
